Ajelix’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs
Ajelix’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What data we access
The add-on requests the minimum OAuth scopes needed for its functions:
File access is per-file, not per-Drive: the agent accesses only files it created itself or files you explicitly allow. We never request access to all your files or folders.
Account identifiers (email, user ID) link the add-on to your Ajelix account.

Why we need it
`…/auth/script.external_request`
Allows the add-on to connect to the Ajelix platform API to run the AI task you requested
`…/auth/script.container.ui`
Display and run the add-on’s interface (prompts and sidebars) inside Google applications
What we do with it
Execute the AI task you requested (formulas, analysis, document generation) and write results back to the file you chose.
Store task artifacts per the Privacy Policy §6 retention table — prompts and outputs for the life of your account; deleted in full when you delete data or your account.
Process the content on Ajelix-owned servers located in the EU — no external AI providers, except that in exceptional situations, such as a disruption of our own infrastructure, a vetted external AI provider may be used for as long as needed to keep the Service available (see the Subprocessor List for the safeguards that apply).
Limited Use commitments
We comply with the Limited Use requirements, in particular:
No transfer to others except: (a) to provide or improve user-facing features consistent with the purpose of the add-on; (b) as necessary for security or legal compliance; (c) with your consent for a transfer to others.
No advertising. We do not use Google user data for advertising, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising.
No AI training. Google user data is not used to train generalized AI or ML models — this is prohibited by Google’s policy for Limited-Use apps and by our own AI policy.
No unrelated purposes. Google user data is used only for the add-on functionality you installed, not for other products or services.
Human access is restricted. Humans do not read your Google user data except: (a) with your explicit consent for specific data; (b) for security purposes (fraud, abuse prevention) and only as permitted; (c) to comply with law.
Not sold. Google user data is never sold to third parties.
Deleting your Ajelix account results in the immediate, permanent, and irreversible deletion of the stored tokens and all associated data — tokens, prompts, outputs, files, and usage data — with no retention afterward. Export anything you wish to keep before deleting your account.
